Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves assisting customers through various channels, maintaining positive customer relationships, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience Proven experience in fostering Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer journey Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging scenarios professionally Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to diverse customer needs Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
