Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist to join our team on-site in Al Maḩallah al Kubrá. The responsibilities include managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The HR Specialist will play an integral role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting organizational goals through effective HR strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and practices Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration Skills in Personnel Management and team coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and foster a supportive company culture Proficiency in HR-related software and tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
