Job Summary The Sales Agent is responsible for delivering an engaging and informative customer experience in the showroom. This role involves promoting local brands, achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom standards, and supporting store events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, offering product knowledge and styling advice. Promote local brands by sharing their stories, craftsmanship, and unique selling points. Achieve individual and team sales targets through active engagement and upselling. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom is always tidy, organized, and inviting. Process customer transactions using the POS system accurately and efficiently. • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns professionally. Stay informed on new arrivals, promotions, and trends in local and global fashion. Collaborate with the team to support in-store events, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field. Experience0-1 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
Soft Skills Communication skills. Negotiation skills. Problem-solving and Decision-making. Team collaboration.
Technical Skills Fashion sales skills are preferred. Language Skills Good in English Language (spoken and written). Computer Skills Very good in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with store POS, ERP, and CRM systems is preferred.
