Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Co Teacher located in Smart Village. The Co Teacher will collaborate with the lead teacher to prepare and deliver effective lesson plans, support students' academic and social development, and assist in managing the classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include actively participating in student assessment, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of teaching strategies.
Qualifications Proficient in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies Strong Communication and Teaching skills Experience in facilitating Training or mentoring sessions Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment Relevant teaching certifications or degrees, preferably in Education or a related field Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Passion for fostering students' growth and development
