Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for an English Account Advisor. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will communicate effectively with customers to provide support and maintain strong relationships, while using analytical skills to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to build and maintain positive client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers effectively and professionally. Proficiency in account management and the ability to oversee and optimize client accounts. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and deliver effective solutions. Previous experience in a related role or industry is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic environments. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
