Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating and pursuing business leads, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and nurturing client relationships to drive company growth. Daily tasks include identifying partnership opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to clients, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining a strong understanding of Art of Service's portfolio and services.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships. Proficiency in Lead Generation and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Exceptional Analytical Skills and expertise in Market Research to evaluate trends and develop strategic growth plans. Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and a solid understanding of branding, marketing, and sales processes is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
