Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm 1st Hurghada. As a Senior Sales professional, you will focus on cultivating client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, showcasing properties, delivering tailored solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and mentoring junior sales team members.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with a diverse client base and provide excellent support. Proven experience in Real Estate Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to lead Training sessions and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance. Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency, especially German or Arabic, is an advantage. Familiarity with real estate sales and experience in luxury property markets is a plus.
