Job Description:Develop and execute trade marketing plans that drive Visibility, Distribution, and Consumer engagement across the various trade channels according to roadmap and in line with brand strategies & priorities. Create targeted marketing campaigns tailored to distribution partners to increase product visibility and sales. Responsible for the execution of all trade activities & the different visibility solutions in order to boost the demand in all trade channels. Support the implementation of the outlet classification plan & its update on a regular basis. Coordinate with the different stakeholders to develop the different visibility solutions & planograms as well to ensure its proper implementation in the market. Supervise on the deployment of all merchandising material across the different trade channels. Handle budgets for trade marketing activities and ensuring campaigns deliver return on investment. Ensure customer compliance with all contractual agreements in different channels & outlet types. Ensure proper installation & maintenance of all trade display solutions to maximize brand visibility & shelf shares. Track, analyze & report all competitor trade Marketing activities & evaluates its impact on the brands performance. Assist in developing & executing consumer promotions in all/ specific trade channels when needed. Ensure that the local market data is constantly up to date & complete to include all competitor’s information.
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Min. 15 Years of experience in a trade marketing, preferably in textiles field. Good command of English language. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Commercial mindset and a proactive attitude.
