Masarat Tech is Hiring: #Graphic & #Motion_Designer (Mid & Senior)
#Note: This role requires hands-on professional experience in both Graphic Design and Motion Graphics together.
**About Masarat:Masarat is a leading Fintech and IT development company, delivering innovative digital solutions across multiple industries and countries.
**Key Responsibilities:-Create high-quality 2D motion graphics videos for social media, paid ads, explainers, and brand content-Develop storyboards, style frames, and simple animatics based on briefs and scripts-Animate logos, icons, characters, UI elements, and infographics with smooth, on-brand motion-Translate complex Fintech / IT concepts into clear, engaging visual stories-Design supporting static visuals (social media posts, thumbnails, banners, key visuals) as part of the same campaigns-Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to develop creative concepts-Adapt and optimize motion and graphic content for different platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, X, etc.)-Ensure all visuals are optimized for performance, engagement, and paid campaigns-Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines-Stay up to date with motion design, graphic design trends, and social media formats.
**Qualifications & Technical Skills:-3–6 years of hands-on experience in Motion Graphics with a strong Graphic Design background-Proven experience working on both motion videos and static designs as part of real projects (not tools-only knowledge)-Strong understanding of motion principles (timing, easing, anticipation, flow)-Solid graphic design fundamentals (composition, typography, branding) Excellent command of:-Adobe After Effects | Adobe Premiere Pro | Adobe Photoshop | Adobe Illustrator-Experience creating social media videos, ads, and brand content-Familiarity with platform-specific formats, ratios, and optimization-Experience with After Effects expressions or plugins (Duik, Trapcode, Element 3D) is a plus-Ability to work from brief to final delivery with minimal supervision-Strong communication skills and ability to give & receive feedback-Portfolio is required (Motion Reel + samples of graphic design work).
