Job Title: Engineering Manager – Poultry Farms Location: Kafr El Zayat - Gharbia Company: Al-Asr for poultry productions About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering operations across our poultry farms. The role involves planning and supervising maintenance, managing infrastructure projects, and ensuring operational efficiency and biosecurity compliance. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement engineering and maintenance plans for all poultry farms. Supervise preventive and emergency maintenance activities and monitor technicians’ performance. Oversee infrastructure projects, equipment readiness, and spare parts management. Review technical issues, propose solutions, and ensure adherence to safety and biosecurity standards. Lead and develop the technical team to improve performance and reliability. Prepare and monitor the engineering department’s annual budget and cost control plans. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical.7–10 years of experience in maintenance or engineering management, preferably in the poultry production industry. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and biosecurity practices.
