Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales role located in Qesm El Agoza. The Senior Sales professional will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, training and mentoring junior sales team members, and ensuring high levels of customer service while representing Dar_Line’s design and architectural solutions effectively.
Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively build and maintain client relationships. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Experience in Training and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential. Ability to work on-site and effectively collaborate within a team in a fast-paced, creative environment. Familiarity with the design or architectural industry and a strong network in the related sectors is highly advantageous.
