Role & Company brief RES-VA is a specialized outbound lead generation and operations partner serving U. S.-based real estate investors. We help our clients scale through cold calling, data solutions, and lead management systems. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and disciplined follow-up. This is a performance-driven role at the top of the sales funnel, focused on quality conversations, long-term nurture, and consistent pipeline creation. The role follows a hybrid model, with in-office days in Sheikh Zayed for coaching and collaboration, and remote days focused on execution. What You’ll DoConduct outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and Linked InEngage U. S.-based real estate investors and operators Manage structured follow-up and long-term prospect nurture Qualify prospects and conduct discovery conversations Book qualified demos or strategy calls for closers Reduce no-shows through confirmation and follow-up Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data Meet activity targets and performance KPIsWhat We’re Looking For Strong spoken and written English (C1+) Experience in outbound sales or sales development Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and rejection Strong organization, time management, and CRM usage Ability to qualify prospects and assess fit Experience in B2B, U.
