Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in El-Sheikh Zayed. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing expert consulting services, and guiding clients through the property purchasing or leasing process. The role also involves identifying potential real estate opportunities, negotiating sales, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The consultant is expected to stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.
Qualifications5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with developers. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of real estate projects, pricing, and payment plans. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Experience handling high-value clients and investors. Strong understanding of the local real estate market and competitors. Ability to lead deals independently from lead to closing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. CRM proficiency and strong follow-up discipline. Professional appearance and client-oriented mindset.
