Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, based in Markaz El Zaqaziq. The Human Resources Generalist will handle diverse HR functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and administering HR-related programs. They will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining compliance with employment laws, while fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee relations matters.

Qualifications

Proficient in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies. Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support employees and foster a positive workplace culture. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with employment laws and labor regulations. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and manage tasks effectively under deadlines.
