About Masarat:Masarat is a leading Fintech and IT development company, delivering innovative digital solutions across multiple industries and countries. We’re looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to help bring our brand, products, and campaigns to life through high-quality motion content.
**Key Responsibilities:-Create high-quality 2D motion graphics videos for social media, paid ads, explainers, and brand content-Develop storyboards, style frames, and simple animatics based on briefs and scripts-Animate logos, icons, characters, UI elements, and infographics with smooth, on-brand motion-Translate complex ideas and products (Fintech / IT) into clear and engaging visual stories-Design supporting static visuals (thumbnails, social posts, banners) when needed-Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to develop creative concepts-Adapt and optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, X, etc.)-Ensure videos are optimized for performance, engagement, and paid campaigns-Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines-Stay up to date with motion design trends, animation techniques, and social media formats
** Qualifications & Technical Skills:-3-6 years of experience in Motion Graphics / Motion Design-Strong understanding of motion principles (timing, easing, anticipation, flow)-Solid graphic design background (composition, typography, branding)-Excellent command of:Adobe After Effects | Adobe Premiere Pro | Adobe Photoshop | Adobe Illustrator-Experience creating social media videos, ads, and brand content-Familiarity with platform-specific formats, ratios, and optimization-Experience with After Effects expressions or plugins (e.g. Duik, Trapcode, Element 3D) is a plus-Ability to work from brief to final delivery with minimal supervision-Strong communication skills and ability to give & receive feedback-Portfolio is required (Motion Reel preferred)
