Position: Sales Manager - Real Estate Job Type: Full-Time Location: Giza, Egypt

Position Summary:The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the real estate sales team, achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and building strong client relationships to maximize revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance Set sales targets and monitor individual and team KPIsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, and negotiations Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office9+ years of real estate sales experience, including team management
