Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Resale Team Leader to join our real estate brokerage / developer sales team. The role focuses on leading the resale department, managing brokers, increasing resale inventory, and driving high-value transactions across primary and secondary market projects. The ideal candidate has solid experience in resale brokerage, team leadership, and real estate market dynamics, with the ability to build a high-performing sales team and deliver consistent results. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and grow the resale brokerage team to achieve sales targets. Develop resale strategies aligned with company goals (Brokerage / Developer). Source resale inventory and manage relationships with property owners and investors. Supervise pricing, negotiations, and deal closures for resale units. Monitor team KPIs, sales pipeline, and conversion rates. Coach and train resale brokers to enhance performance and closing skills. Coordinate with marketing and digital teams to support resale lead generation. Ensure accurate CRM reporting and proper documentation for all transactions. Maintain high standards of client service and long-term customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and resale pricing movements. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate resale (Brokerage / Developer). Proven experience as Resale Team Leader, Senior Broker, or Sales Supervisor. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of resale market, contracts, and closing procedures. Ability to manage multiple deals and teams under pressure. Experience working with developers’ resale units is a strong plus. Strong CRM, reporting, and sales forecasting skills. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
