Requirements:
Communication: Being able to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical staff & technicians Leadership: Motivate and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment Customer Service: Maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor when interacting with mall staff and tenants when needed Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other teams, and potentially external contractors to diagnose and resolve problems Problem-Solving: Using analytical skills to identify the root cause of equipment malfunctions and develop solutions that minimize downtime and disruption. Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve disputes between tenants and maintenance staff regarding repairs and service requests Possess in-depth understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems specific to large commercial facilities Preventive Maintenance: Develop comprehensive plans for preventive maintenance of all MEP equipment, optimizing performance and minimizing breakdowns Diagnose and repair a wide range of MEP system malfunctions, ensuring efficient solutions within safety protocols. Proficient in operating and troubleshooting BMS used to monitor and control MEP systems Plan, coordinate, and oversee MEP-related maintenance projects, managing budgets and ensuring timely completion. From 3 to 5 years of Experience Managing technicians Bcs degree in Engineering Electric track from a reputable university certificates in MEP is a plus
