Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Road Engineer/Poject Manager specializing in Road Construction and Pavement, located in El Minya and Aswan (two positions are available). The role involves overseeing road construction projects, managing pavement engineering tasks, and ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards. The Site Road Engineer will collaborate with project teams to plan, execute, and supervise infrastructure development, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications Proficiency in Road Construction and Pavement Engineering methodologies Strong background in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure development Knowledge of Structural Engineering principles Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in construction project management Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a public university. At least 4 years of experience in road construction projects including all stages (e.g. earth work, base layer construction, and asphalt layering) Experience with on-site construction supervision and project coordination Excellent communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with relevant technical software and tools
