Policies and Basel Committee Reports Manager Job Summary:The role is focusing on overseeing the development and completion of the bank’s credit risk framework (Credit Risk Profile) and ensure its integration across all stages, policies, and procedures in compliance with the Central Bank of Egypt’s regulations and Basel Committee standards for credit risk management. Job Responsibilities: · Supervise the design, enhancement, and implementation of the overall credit risk management framework. · Ensure alignment of all credit risk policies and procedures with regulatory requirements issued by the Central Bank of Egypt. · Guarantee compliance with Basel Committee principles and standards related to credit risk management. · Prepare and maintain risk rating models · Develop emergency reports and contingency plans proposing mechanisms to address unexpected risks resulting from internal or global macroeconomic crises. Job Qualifications: · A relevant university degree, preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or an equivalent field. · Postgraduate professional or academic studies in Credit and Risk Management are preferred. · Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit risk management and credit granting/follow-up, including at least 5 years in policy development and procedure design. · Strong knowledge of regulatory instructions related to risk management and Basel Committee requirements.
