Role Description This is a full-time role for an Administration and Travel Coordinator based in 10th of Ramadan and Naser City. The Coordinator will manage administrative tasks, maintain scheduling and communication across departments, and oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and managing itineraries. Additionally, the role includes organizing meetings, managing records, and ensuring compliance with company policies in all administrative operations.
Qualifications Strong organizational and scheduling skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and itinerary planning. Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, preparing reports, and managing office operations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools or travel booking software. Ability to multitask, handle time-sensitive projects, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Experience in travel management, logistics, or office administration is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
