Role Description We are seeking a Production Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Beni Suef. The Production Engineer will focus on managing production processes, analyzing production data, and ensuring product quality meets established standards. The role includes planning and optimizing production workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations. Maintaining communication across teams and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Production Engineering and Production Planning Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess processes and data accurately Understanding and application of Quality Control principles and practices Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and with stakeholders Ability to work on-site and solve technical challenges efficiently Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus Problem-solving mindset with an aptitude for optimizing operational workflows
