Role Description This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in 6th of October. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will manage customer interactions through various communication channels, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and strive to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Ability to provide exceptional Customer Experience and effectively address client concerns Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities Capability to manage and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous Diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
