Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Markaz Sohag, offering the flexibility to occasionally work from home. As an Insurance Sales Staff member, responsibilities include selling insurance products and services, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Additional tasks include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications

Proficiency in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities Basic understanding of insurance products, financial planning, and wealth management Proven ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in sales or insurance is an advantage
