Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a نائب مدير فرع at AROPE Life Insurance, located in Markaz El Zaqaziq. The نائب مدير فرع will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include supporting the Branch Manager, monitoring the performance of team members, assisting in resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Leadership skills, team management, and the ability to supervise operations efficiently Sales and customer service expertise to achieve targets and ensure client satisfaction Problem-solving and decision-making skills, critical for handling unforeseen challenges effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both staff and clients Proficiency in administration and organizational tasks to manage workflows and documentation Proven experience in the insurance industry or a related field Proficiency in Arabic, and a working knowledge of English is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
