Real Estate Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually creative designs that effectively communicate the uptown 6 October brand and message of our company.
Responsibilities:· Design and produce high-quality graphics for print and digital platforms.· Execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website content.· Edit and enhance video content as needed to complement graphic designs.· Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across campaigns and materials.· Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material· Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.· Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to ensure innovative and effective design solutions.
Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in related field.· 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the real estate industry.· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.
