Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets and grow market share. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies when needed. Job Requirement:From 5 to 7 year's of experience Results-driven with focus on targets and revenue growth. Strategic and independent decision-maker in fast-paced settings. Proven FMCG sales management experience with strong market understanding. Excellent leadership and team motivation skills. Strong analytical ability to interpret data and trends. Effective communicator with solid client and team relationships. Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools. Skilled negotiator and influencer. Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Fluent in English and Arabic.
