Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Engineer role located in Sadat City. The Procurement Engineer will handle supplier evaluation, manage purchase orders, and oversee requests for quotations (RFQs). Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient procurement processes to meet company needs and project deadlines. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with vendors and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
Qualifications Strong skills in Supplier Evaluation and handling Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes Experience in creating and managing Purchase Ordersyears of experience 2-5Excellent Analytical and Communication skills Detail-oriented and organized approach to procurement and record-keeping Previous experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is preferred Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools is an advantage Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
