OVERVIEWThe Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Royal Sky Group’s business consultation services. This role focuses on building trust with potential clients through professional meetings, needs analysis, and customized solutions. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads, closing deals, and maintaining accurate sales records while ensuring alignment with company standards and objective.
RESPONSIBILITIESConduct online and in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored consultation solutions. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through calls, online research, and referrals. Present Royal Sky Group’s services and solutions effectively, following company-approved presentation standards and communication guidelines. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to maximize client value. Follow the company’s defined sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring all documentation and approvals are complete. Maintain and update client information, lead status, and activity logs in company sheets or CRM systems accurately and on time. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Operations Manager, tracking achievements versus targets. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment between client needs, service delivery, and company objectives. Provide professional assistance to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. Represent the company in a professional manner and adhere to all internal policies, ethical standards, and brand guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS Any bachelor’s degree.3-5 years' quota carrying sales experience. IT, service, real estate or education background would be preferred. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quota. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Market research skills. Sales pipeline management.
