Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Coordinator based in Giza. The Tour Coordinator will be responsible for organizing guided tours, coordinating with local tour guides, managing bookings and travel schedules, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities also include maintaining effective communication with clients, handling inquiries in selected languages (Spanish, Italian, or German), and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. The role may also involve event management, promoting services, and collaborating with the sales team to attract new clients.
Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is desirable, Graduates only. Required experiences from 0 up to +3 years in the tourism Experience in leading Guided Tours and coordinating tour schedules Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with fluency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, or German with English business level Proficiency in Event Management and organizational capabilities Background in Sales with the ability to promote travel services Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment Knowledge of Egypt's cultural and historical sites is an advantage Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
