Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Ad-Duqqi. The Administrative Assistant will handle essential administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing documents, maintaining records, and providing support to executive staff. Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, and performing clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Job Responsibilities:- Prepare reports, memos, letters, notices, and other business documents.- Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.- Maintain well-organized physical and digital filing systems.- Support daily operations and provide assistance to various departments.- Handle purchasing tasks, order office supplies, and manage inventory levels.- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated records.- Organize and follow up on drivers’ schedules and tasks.
Requirements:- Very good command of English (spoken and written).- +2 Years of experience in the same role.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.- Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to prioritize effectively.- Proven experience in administration, purchasing, and team coordination.
Job Details:- Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM- Days Off: Friday & Saturday- Location: Dokki.- Benefits: Medical & Social Insurance
