TIBA Development is looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives across multiple channels while ensuring strong brand presence and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Insights Conduct market and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Analyze demographic and market data to support targeted marketing strategies.
Campaign Development & Execution Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR, outdoor). Support product launches, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
Content Creation & Branding Create engaging content for social media, brochures, videos, and digital platforms. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. Support website content updates and marketing communications.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Support SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media activities. Monitor and optimize lead generation and conversion performance. Track campaigns using CRM systems and analytics tools.
Performance Analysis & Reporting Analyze KPIs, ROI, leads, and traffic data. Prepare performance reports and provide insights to management.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement Support relationship-building with clients and stakeholders. Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and promotional launches.
Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with Sales, Design, and other departments to align marketing activities with business goals.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in a marketing role. Strong command of English. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and AI marketing tools. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
