Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Staff member, based in Markaz Sohag, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial and insurance solutions. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, generating and following up with leads, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales goals. The role also involves collaborating with team members and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Met Life’s product offerings to address customer queries effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets Product knowledge and a passion for understanding insurance, financial services, and benefits solutions Time management and organizational skills for handling multiple clients and tasks simultaneously Basic proficiency in using sales and CRM tools for tracking leads and customer interactions Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with flexibility and independence Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
