YES PAC Packaging Solutions is expanding and looking for a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you have strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and passion for driving successful projects — this opportunity is for you
Key Responsibilities:Support in planning and executing engineering projects from start to completion. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents. Coordinate with different departments (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Purchasing). Follow up with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Conduct site visits to supervise installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines, budget, and standards. Prepare technical reports and updates for management. Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements at all times.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering. PMP Certification is a plus.2–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer (preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors). Strong understanding of project management principles. Hands-on experience with machines installation or industrial systems is a plus. Proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Office. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
