Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Blue & White Collar Job Summary We are seeking a versatile Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar (retail store staff) and white-collar (administrative, HR, finance, and monitoring) positions. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across different levels, balancing volume-driven recruitment with quality-driven professional hires. ---Key Responsibilities· Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar roles (cashiers, cleaners, store managers) and white-collar roles (HR admins, accountants, monitoring team members, general admins).· Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, local channels, and walk-ins.· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.· Schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks; ensure a smooth onboarding process.· Maintain accurate candidate databases and provide hiring reports to management.· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-turnover blue-collar roles and specialized white-collar positions.· Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.---Requirements & Qualifications· Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a recruiter, handling both blue- and white-collar roles.· Strong understanding of local labor markets, recruitment channels, and workforce dynamics for blue-collar and professional positions.· Hands-on experience with high-volume recruitment and fast-paced hiring environments.· Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining quality for professional hires.· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.· Strong time management, follow-up, and multitasking capabilities.· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.· Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, social media sourcing, and applicant tracking systems.· A bachelor’s degree is preferred.---Skills & Competencies· Strong sourcing and screening skills· High attention to detail· Problem-solving mindset· Time management and multitasking· Professional attitude and confidentiality
