Role Description
The Call Center Representative will handle both incoming and outgoing calls, effectively provide customer support, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, collaborating with team members to achieve monthly KPIs, and consistently meeting performance metrics and service quality standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field Strong Customer Service, Customer Experience, and sales skills Strong interpersonal communication and active listening abilities Proficiency in Computer Literacy, Microsoft, and CRM applications Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy Ability to work in rotational shifts Advanced English is a plus Previous experience in a call center or sales role is preferred
