We’re Hiring | Workforce Specialist Responsibilities:Support workforce forecasting, staffing, and scheduling Monitor attendance, productivity, and staffing levels Analyze volumes, AHT, SL, shrinkage, and performance trends Coordinate coverage for absences and last-minute changes Prepare WFM reports and forecast vs actual analysis Coordinate with Operations, and HR to ensure coverage
Requirements:6 –12 months experience in Workforce planning, scheduling Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots) Understanding of contact center KPIsAnalytical mindset and attention to detail Able to adapt in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Comfortable working with scheduling and HR systems
