Company Description A reputable advertising magazine in #Giza #Egypt, is looking for a talented Account Manager to be hired for a full-time on-site job. The magazine specializes in interior design, architecture, furniture design, and any other related disciplines. It's been part of the Egyptian market for 15 years, supporting architects, entrepreneurs, and innovation leaders to reach the targeted audience.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Giza for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving account growth. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, serving as a primary point of contact, identifying client needs, collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions, and preparing reports to track performance metrics. The role will also involve negotiation, conflict resolution, and providing exceptional customer support.
Qualifications3+ Years of Experience Strong skills in relationship management, customer service, and negotiation Proficiency in sales, account planning, and client retention strategies Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to dynamic environments Previous experience in account management, client services, or a related role is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
