Fleet Sales Manager - Automotive

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to achieve sales volume and revenue targets Identify and secure new fleet customers, including corporate, government, rental, and leasing companies Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients Prepare and negotiate fleet sales proposals, pricing, and contracts Coordinate with internal departments Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and fleet pricing strategies Forecast fleet sales performance and prepare regular management reports Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and fleet agreements Oversee fleet tenders and bids, including documentation and submissions Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Represent the company at industry events and corporate meetings Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5–8 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 3 years in fleet sales Proven track record of achieving fleet sales targets Experience working with corporate and government fleet customers
