Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Organizational Development Specialist based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The role includes analyzing organizational processes to improve effectiveness, designing and implementing strategies for performance management, and fostering employee development. The specialist will lead initiatives to build a positive and inclusive organizational culture and ensure alignment with overall company goals. Collaboration across teams and departments will be essential to drive strategic objectives.
Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and recommend organizational improvements Expertise in Organizational Effectiveness and Development strategies to foster growth and success Experience from 5 to 7 years with Performance Management, including goal setting, employee development, and evaluation Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and senior stakeholders Proven ability to implement innovative solutions within a dynamic business environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the cosmetic or retail industry is an advantage Leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor others
