Preference: Candidates residing in 6th of October or nearby areas Job Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and supervise the entire production process and all manufacturing stages. Ensure that all work is executed according to the required quality standards. Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities. Develop and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce waste. Apply industrial quality and occupational safety standards throughout all production stages. Ensure that finished products meet the specified technical and quality requirements. Review and evaluate production performance on a regular basis. Schedule tasks, monitor workflow progress, and resolve production obstacles. Gradually increase production capacity while maintaining consistent product quality. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production output and raw material consumption. Coordinate with maintenance and purchasing departments to ensure the availability of machines, tools, and raw materials. Train, develop, and enhance the skills of the production team to ensure high performance. Reduce production costs as much as possible without compromising product quality. Handle and resolve any production-related issues inside the factory. Identify raw material and manpower requirements. Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure uninterrupted production operations. Review scrap and waste reports, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions. Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Design, or Manufacturing Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in metal fabrication factories or mechanical production lines. Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experience in production process analysis and optimization. Good knowledge of industrial and occupational safety standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage production teams in an industrial environment. Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
