  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for both local and international positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements for open positions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and market trends.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Follow KPIs Process 
  • Manage Pre-Boarding & Onboarding Process. 
  • Follow Up on Contract Renewal & Probation Period.
