Job Details

  • Support the development of production objectives, targets, and action plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Participate in annual production planning by identifying required resources and investments.
  • Validate sales forecasts and activate approved plans on SAP/ERP systems.
  • Conduct capacity studies for local and export SKUs to ensure long-term production feasibility.
  • Prepare and manage monthly Master Production Plans and Master Production Schedules (MPS).
  • Break down monthly plans into weekly and daily production schedules and issue planned orders.
  • Coordinate with Production, Materials Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure execution efficiency.
  • Monitor safety stock levels and material availability to support uninterrupted production.
  • Review production performance, capacity utilization, OEE, and analyze variances against plans.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Academic & professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • CPIM Certified
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or a related position.
  • In-depth Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Advanced interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Influencing Leadership Skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-making or present clear recommendations to leadership.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sap user
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
