Job Description – Secretary Specialist Position: Secretary Specialist Location: OHI – Oseem Job Purpose:To provide professional administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth daily operations at the institute. Key Responsibilities:Handling calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries. Organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments. Preparing and maintaining documents, reports, and records. Coordinating between departments and assisting in daily administrative tasks. Managing filing systems and data entry. Assisting visitors, students, and staff professionally. Supporting office operations and ensuring tasks are completed on time. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.1–2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
