Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Specialist/Supervisor located in Ain Sokhna. The primary responsibilities include managing purchasing processes, overseeing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely procurement and availability of goods and services. The role also involves monitoring supplier performance, maintaining inventory control systems, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards. Collaboration with other departments to align purchasing goals with broader business objectives is also essential.
Qualifications
Expertise in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Management Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and supplier relationships Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate suppliers, costs, and inventory requirements Solid understanding of supply chain management and procurement strategies Proficient in relevant software tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Excellent negotiation and communication abilities Prior experience in purchasing within the hospitality or hotel industry is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
