Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Insurance Sales Staff based in Markaz Sohag, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role involves establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the completion of all sales and insurance brokerage activities. Regular collaboration with team members and effective communication with clients are essential to drive sales and build trust.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Insurance Sales and general Sales practices Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships Understanding of Insurance products and processes, including Insurance Brokerage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to self-motivate and contribute to team goals Prior sales experience in the insurance or financial services field is an asset Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
