Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer at the Sharm El Sheikh Branch. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, delivering product demonstrations, and recommending appropriate technical solutions to meet clients' needs. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is based in Sharm El Sheikh, with the flexibility to work from home as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively communicate and deliver solutions-oriented presentations to clients. Strong skills in Technical Support and Communication to address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions. Experience in Sales and the ability to identify customer needs and negotiate contracts successfully. Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand complex technical concepts. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a hybrid work environment. Knowledge of the firefighting industry or related technical fields is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications are an advantage.
