Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will assist in overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, developing and implementing policies, monitoring patient care processes, and ensuring effective resource management. You will collaborate closely with department heads to promote excellence in patient care and staff performance.
Qualifications Leadership and management skills, with experience supervising nursing teams and handling administrative tasks Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, nursing practices, and patient care standards Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred Current and valid nursing license Significant experience in a leadership or senior nursing position required, preferably in a hospital setting Commitment to the delivery of compassionate and patient-centered care
