1. Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute 360-degree marketing strategies that drive B2B growth while enhancing our brand equity. You will be responsible for the entire marketing lifecycle—from market research and product positioning to digital presence and lead generation. You will manage a team of specialists and work closely with R&D and Sales to launch "Tailored Made Solutions" (TMS) to the market.
2. Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligning with company objectives (Sales Growth + Brand Awareness). Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team (Content, Design, Digital, Events). Manage the marketing budget to ensure high ROI on all campaigns. B2B & Commercial Alignment:Design lead generation campaigns targeting core industries (Paints, Detergents, Water Treatment, Oil & Gas). Create sales enablement tools (technical brochures, case studies, white papers) that help our sales team close deals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for "Blue Ocean" growth. Brand & Communication:Oversee Activa’s digital footprint (Linked In, Website, SEO/SEM). Organize and manage Activa’s presence at international trade shows (e.g., Middle East Coatings Show). Translate complex technical data into compelling value propositions for non-technical buyers.
3. The Ideal Candidate Requirements:Experience: 10+ years in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B, Industrial Manufacturing, or Chemicals is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Science-related field (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering) with an MBA/Marketing diploma. Strong expertise in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand management Proven ability to analyze market trends, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions Leadership skills to manage and mentor a marketing team effectively Experience with digital and traditional marketing methods, including social media, content marketing, and advertising Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, along with familiarity with analytics tools Previous experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus
Skills:Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel. Proven track record of managing teams and budgets. Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken). Data-driven mindset (Google Analytics, CRM tools).
