Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Obour for a Maintenance and Projects Manager at Technobit. The role involves overseeing all aspects of plant and facility maintenance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating project planning and implementation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Manager will lead the maintenance team, optimize workflows, and manage resources to achieve operational efficiency and effective project execution.
Qualifications
Expertise in Plant Maintenance and Maintenance Management Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Preventive Maintenance strategies Strong understanding of Maintenance processes with a focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring efficiency Proven leadership and team management capabilities Proficiency in project management related to maintenance and facility operations Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities Minimized equipment downtime and efficient use of resources Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred Relevant certifications in maintenance management or facility management are considered an advantage
